Vendors must confirm event,  remit $300 payment, and sign auction consignement contract by 9/18/24.  $300 event fee, no other fees or auction commissions charged to dealers.  5% buyer premium payable for all inventory regardless of how sold, Items sold via Buy-It-Now get 2% rebate from Backroad Auction.  

This is a New Dealer Stock event.  No private party sales or consignments.  

Dealers handle their own SOS/DNR compliance.  No 3rd party or consignment for VIN.

This is an auction event with all bidding taking place entirely online.  We will have strong local, regional, and national outreach through primarily digital channels.

This is a social event which is open to the public.  Our desire is to promote face to face buyer interaction and allow dealers and vendors to create meaningful immediate and future sales opportunities.  

We envision building a high quality local event focused on delivering economical value to dealers and vendors.  All vendors will receive 4 VIP tickets, and can purchase additional tickets at a dicount prior to October 1.  Additionally, vendors can benefit from customer data exchange post-event.
